Powers

In order to achieve its general objectives, the Foundation is able to:

 Promote biomedical research activities, or activities related to it, which contribute to the furtherance of knowledge, prevention and treatment of illnesses.
 Promote and develop activities which contribute to training and the diffusion of information between the various health players, through the creation of courses, academic awards, seminars, publications, etc.
 Take part in the promotion, design andassessment of national and international health and scientific projects.
 Promote examinations and competitions for the furtherance of activities within the scope of the Foundation´s general aims.
 Subscribe, manage and execute contracts and collaborationand cooperation agreements with entities of any type or nature, for the development of activities within the scope of the Foundation´s general objectives.

All within the framework determined by its specific Statutes and currently applicable law.
