In accordance with the provisions in section 4 of the announcement of the FUNDACIÓN LILLY AWARDS for Preclinical and Clinical Biomedical Research 2011, the Award Jury met at eleven o´clock on 3th March 2011.

The Candidates for the Preclinical Biomedical Research Award, and the Candidates for the Clinical Biomedical Research Award being eligible to be considered as Proposed Candidates in accordance with the Award Announcement Rules, as published in the B.O.E. and various public media (23st December 2010), the deliberations began and the vote was taken according to the regulations and ethical principles expressly approved by the Jury.
