Aimed at executives and managers of major health institutions in Spain. The programme designed for this year takes advantage of the experience gained during the first year, with two fundamental objectives:

 to offer the participants a global, integrated vision of the organisation, developing the capacities and aptitudes required for effective management of their institution, placing particular emphasis on the human aspects, and

presenting a general framework for management supervision in the health sector, including the specific features and analysis of its determining factors.
